1. Inquiry
Every project begins with understanding your goals and learning about your space. We offer several ways to connect with us, depending on where you are in your planning process:

2. Estimate
Once we have the key details of your project, we will provide a clear and accurate estimate based on the initial concepts and selections for your project. To prepare your estimate, we’ll need the following information:

Finish Preference: Stained or Painted Cabinets
Depending on the scope and complexity of your project, your cabinet estimate will be ready within 3–5 business days. Our goal is to give you the information you need to make confident decisions about your cabinetry investment.

3. Design
If you’re happy with the estimate and ready to move forward, a design fee is required to begin the next phase of your project.
Design Fee:
$250 for projects under $10,000
$500 for projects $10,000 or more
** Design fee will be credited toward your cabinetry order if you decide to move forward.
This design fee kicks off the exciting part of your journey. Our experienced designers will work hand-in-hand with you to create the space you’ve been dreaming of — complete with detailed 3D renderings so you can see your cabinetry come to life before production begins.
When your designs are finalized, you’ll approve and sign off on the final drawings and receive a final quote based on the final drawings. At this stage, we require 50% of the total project cost to move your project into the build process.
**Note: The Build Phase timeline doesn't begin until we have received all of your selections (paint, hardware, etc.)
4. Build
After your design is approved and your initial 50% deposit is received, your project moves into the Build Phase — where the vision on paper becomes reality.
Every cabinet we create is made-to-order right here at our shop in Madison, Alabama. Our skilled craftsmen handle each step of the process with care and precision — from cutting and sanding to finishing and assembly. We use a blend of cutting-edge technology and hands-on expertise to ensure that every cabinet meets our high standards for quality and durability.
Your lead time begins once production starts. During this time, we’ll keep you updated on your project’s progress so you know exactly where things stand. Before your cabinets leave our shop, each piece goes through a thorough quality check — inspected by both our team and by human eyes and hands to ensure every detail is just right.
5. Install or Ship
When your cabinets are complete, we move into the final step of the process: getting your cabinetry safely to its new home.
For Clients in Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, and Mississippi:
Our in-house installation team will personally deliver and install your cabinetry. We handle the entire installation process with the same level of care and attention that goes into building your cabinets — ensuring a seamless fit and beautiful finish.
For Clients Outside Our Installation Region:
If you're located outside of our installation service area, no problem — we can freight ship your cabinets directly to your home or job site. Each cabinet is wrapped and securely packaged to prevent damage during transport. We work closely with your contractor, builder, or installer to provide the necessary details and support, helping ensure a smooth installation experience.
